Sizing: Toy/Puppy under 3kg · Small 3–6kg · Medium 7–14kg · Large 15–24kg · XL 25kg+. Prices and times are a guide and are confirmed on arrival.
Deposit:Â a $20 deposit secures your booking and comes off your groom price.

Matted Coats:Â priced under the de-matting service ($95/hr) rather than standard packages.

Grooming packages are based on a healthy, well-maintained coat. Matted coats are quoted under our dematting service.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all grooming bookings and comes off the total price of your groom. Five (5) days' notice is required to move or cancel a booking and keep your deposit. Payment can be made over the phone or in person.

If your fur kid suffers from grooming anxiety, is aggressive, or has been asked not to return to another salon, you must tell us at the time of booking. If we can't groom your fur kid due to behavioural issues, you'll be called for pick-up and charged the full fee; extra staff or extra time may incur additional charges. We offer training for grooming behaviours — just ask!

We're a one-on-one parlour, so pick-up is required at the end of the groom (we'll text you). A $30 late fee applies otherwise.
