Carriers: cats must arrive inside their cat carrier — no exceptions.

Pricing:Â hair length and weight are assessed on arrival, which confirms your final price. A $20 deposit secures your booking and comes off your groom.

Difficult handling: a charge from $38 may apply if extra care or staff are needed — let us know about anxiety or handling quirks when booking.

Fleas: we're unable to groom any animal with fleas — we'll contact you for immediate pick-up if found.

Grooming packages are based on a healthy, well-maintained coat. Matted coats are quoted under our dematting service.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all grooming bookings and comes off the total price of your groom. Five (5) days' notice is required to move or cancel a booking and keep your deposit.

If your fur kid suffers from grooming anxiety or is aggressive, you must tell us at the time of booking. If we can't complete the groom due to behavioural issues, you'll be called for pick-up and charged the full fee; extra staff or time may incur additional charges.

Pick-up is required at the end of the groom (we'll text you). A $30 late fee applies otherwise.

If we discover fleas on your fur kid, we'll contact you immediately for pick-up — we're unable to groom any animal with fleas.
